An excellent opportunity to join a successful London-based asset manager. The business has been very profitable and as a result, they are looking to bolster their existing legal team. The work will be interesting and varied and the team is certainly of high calibre.

The day-to-day will include derivatives and trading (more exotic than the usual). It may also include the following work:

• Investments (closed-ended funds, GP investments, shareholders’ agreements);

           regulatory;

• corporate (M&A/ reorgs/ JVs);
• Finance (loan agreements);
• funds setups managed accounts;
• tax, litigation and ad hoc projects.
