This fund manager continues to go from strength to strength and needs to expand the legal team. The position will involve supporting the global legal team on a wide range of work including: 

· Hedge fund documentation (primarily Cayman and Delaware based master-feeder structures) - Investor marketing and due diligence documentation and approvals 

· General vendor and data contract review 

· Regulatory advice and implementation 

This is a mid-level role. Continual support and development is offered.
