The role will be varied and will cover a range of funds and investment work. The team operate collaboratively and non-hierarchically. 

Day-to-day may include: assisting in drafting and reviewing IMA's and funds docs. Assisting with investor relations, onboarding new investors, and dealing with investor queries and many other ad hoc fund-related matters. 

This role will suit an NQ (with a seat in funds) - 2 PQE lawyer with experience from a city law firm.
