JOB OPPORTUNITY: DIRECT LENDING / LEV FIN / PRIVATE CREDIT Ref: CC2046 

Excellent Legal Counsel opportunity with a focus on Private Credit / Direct Lending. It is an exciting time for our client, and this role offers the opportunity to be there from the beginning. There will be plenty of development opportunities and support as required. The day-to-day will see you advising the business team on legal aspects arising during the fund life and origination/transaction process. You will be capable of spotting, analysing and solving legal issues by marshalling first-rate technical expertise, understanding the business in-depth, and often applying ill-fitting legal and regulatory concepts to that business commercially. The role offers the possibility of genuinely partnering with the business and owning, with others, the legal risk in respect of it. You must be a qualified lawyer with 4+ years of legal experience in the direct lending / leveraged finance sector, and have solid transaction experience in the Private Equity / Leveraged Finance market in Europe.
