Rare remote opportunity to work on cutting-edge transactions in a growth-focused firm. The hire, initially for 3-6 months, will support the General Counsel of a dynamic global multi-asset investment firm.

This remote position offers a unique chance to work on a wide range of transactions and projects across infrastructure investments, venture capital, public and private equity, and investment management. You’ll have a versatile role that involves drafting, structuring JVs, and managing investments and partnerships.

We’re looking for a mid- to senior-level lawyer with a corporate / funds background with strong drafting skills and extensive experience in structuring and managing joint ventures, investments, and partnerships with experience in fund structuring considered a plus.
