The role will be extensive, assisting with investment-related activities, product support across the funds' range, advising boards, senior management and the business and working closely with and supporting the sales, and client relationship management teams. You will need to keep on top of reg developments and advise on other ad hoc legal matters. 

We are looking for a bright, ambitious self-starter with a natural confidence and leadership potential. 

Private practice and/or in-house experience, 4-9 PQE with prior international transactional experience in corporate, M&A, and private equity.
