Investment Manager - Private funds/corporate lawyer. Junior to Mid level. In-House Counsel, London.

An excellent opportunity for a private funds/ corporate lawyer to join an institutional investment firm advising on global multi-asset portfolios. With confirmed capital and deployment to take place in January 2024 this is an exciting time to join. Private markets are the focus. Future growth trajectory is excellent.

You will work closely with the General Counsel, advising on and assisting with matters pertaining to their primary fund investing, the new launches of funds and co-investments, advising GPs to the fund platform. Expect to review IMA’s, engagement letters, and to work on typical PM matters as well as the usual commercial agreements. An excellent broad role working alongside external counsel.

To be effective in this role, you need to be able to run discussions and have a level of sophistication / technical expertise when dealing directly at senior level.
