Legal Counsel - Corporate Finance

As Legal Counsel, you will be advising the organisation at a group level with an emphasis on corporate finance and commercial matters. You will be mentored and supported by a highly capable Head of Legal. This global investment manager offers a dynamic working policy so remote working can be possible. Attractively, you are able to work 28 days per annum from any location in which they have an office, and where you have right to work. Day-to-day will include Identifying and proposing solutions and providing legal advice on corporate and commercial transactions generally, including drafting and reviewing agreements and coordinating external advisers and other subject matter experts. You will be involved in high-level corporate matters, advising on financing and treasury transactions, including bank facilities, debt capital markets issues, and other financing documents and also expected to assist on broader matters including global data privacy issues.
