LEGAL COUNSEL: Derivatives and Trading / Counterparty - Fully remote working available. Ref: 2047 

Opportunity for a derivatives and trading/counterparty lawyer to take the reins and act as the dedicated D&T lawyer. These guys are of a size where they can throw their weight around and as such offer the successful candidate the chance to really drive this area of legal and build some excellent relationships. Joining a flat team structure working alongside highly capable lawyers you will be the interface between internal stakeholders and external counsel and counterparties. With your understanding of key terms, you will work closely with the business solutions team. 

Experience of trading documentation is required (ISDAs, CSAs, GMRAs, MCA, FX PB, PB Agts, Clearing Agts, TRS, Custody Agts, Sponsored Repo etc). This is a mid-level role.
