With a diverse portfolio of systematic and quantitative strategies across the financial markets our client is seeking a highly capable lawyer to join the Head of Legal in their London Headquarters.  

This is a multi-disciplinary and collaborative environment where you will report directly into the Head of Legal, be exposed to the management, investors and other senior members of staff within the business.

The key areas of work include:

• Funds, corporate, derivatives and capital markets
• structuring, drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements with vendors; and
• advising on a wide range of legal issues including commercial contracts, funds, corporate, employment, data protection and IP.

This is a broad in-house counsel position for a lawyer with previous experience in either corporate, finance or funds/capital markets at either a magic circle firm, American firm or equivalent in-house role.
