This is an excellent role for a 3-6 PQE lawyer looking to make a move in-house and join this market-leading Investment Manager. You will be joining a supportive team, in a varied role, with scope to keep learning.

Responsibilities

• Fund maintenance, and advising on relevant regs: AIFMD, UCITS, EMIR, MiFID;
• Work with internal stakeholders and external clients as required, managing outside counsel, supervising juniors; and
• Negotiate IMAs, side letters, brokerage agreements, and distribution agreements.

Qualifications

• 3-6 post-qualified experience from a private practice investment management or private funds team or another in-house funds team.
• Closed and/or open-ended funds experience essential, and corporate / M&A is useful.
