Services include UK and Irish UCITS, London listed investment trusts and segregated account holders. The legal work is very wide ranging, and as such you can expect to be involved in preparing and providing advice on all aspects of the business and to have lead responsibility for certain matters, negotiating directly with third parties and having direct involvement in the legal aspects of work relating to the funds. 

In addition to the provision of legal advice the role will provide an opportunity to be closely involved in certain operational aspects of the business of an investment manager.
