We are seeking an exceptional lawyer to join the growing legal team of a USD 7 billion-plus global alternative asset management company with north of 200 employees. We have hired for this client since day one and can attest to their exceptionally high calibre team members, quality of work and collaborative meritocracy. Expect a very significant level of interaction with the business as they have a very flat structure - don't be surprised if the founder and CIO start asking you questions about your work.

The position will involve supporting the global legal team on a wide range of work including hedge fund documentation (primarily Cayman and Delaware based master-feeder structures), investor marketing and due diligence documentation and approvals, trading documentation and trading instrument approvals and regulatory advice and implementation and regulatory filings.
