This is a great opportunity to join a thriving and market-leading infrastructure M&A team.

The team works for some of the world's most high-profile and active investors in infrastructure assets throughout the investment cycle and across the range of sub-sectors.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners leading transaction teams in the execution of transactions involving some of the most important infrastructure assets in Europe and around the world.

Sub-sectors covered range from mid-stream fuels, power and renewables, and transport to digital infrastructure, waste and water, and social infrastructure.

Transaction types include buy-out (control) transactions, minority stake consortium investments, bolt-ons, carve-outs, restructurings and recapitalisations, and exits.

The successful candidate will be involved in business development activities and in managing relationships with our roster of priority clients.

Key Responsibilities 

An ability to lead infrastructure investment transactions for fund managers and other direct investor clients is essential

Understanding the drivers of Infrastructure investors and advising them accordingly

Support the wider team in pitching, marketing and thought leadership activities

 

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

2-8 years PQE (will consider Associate, Senior Associate and/or Counsel as multiple roles available)

Demonstrable experience in private equity-style infrastructure investment work

This role would suit an English-qualified solicitor or a foreign-qualified lawyer whose predominant practice involves PE transactions
