Founded over ten years ago, our client is an independent European Investment Manager investing in high-growth companies in sectors undergoing rapid evolution. 

With funds comfortably amongst the largest pools of capital in Europe, they continue to invest in some of the most innovative, high growth companies in Europe.

To date they have primarily focused on private equity buyouts and growth capital investments, however, the investment scope is broadening to include earlier-stage and public investments. This broadening of scope has created an opportunity for a qualified CF10/11 with publics experience.

Working closely with the Operating Committee members, including the Chief Operating Officer, CEO, and General Counsel, you will be based in the London office. You will have prior experience of working in or with one or more FCA-regulated Alternative Investment Fund Managers (“AIFMs”). 

Our client is currently a full-scope UK AIFM regulated and authorised by the FCA. It is also currently an Exempt Reporting Adviser with the US SEC and expects, as its US activities expand, to seek full SEC-regulated investment adviser status in the coming few years. 

US experience would be advantageous.
